DEPOSIT: A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your puppy. The seller guarantees that your chosen puppy will not be sold to any party other than the buyer as long as the buyer picks up the puppy on the agreed date. Buyers may send a money order or may pay via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Puppies may be picked up only after full payment has been received.

GUARANTEE: This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of the seller’s knowledge. If he/she wishes, the buyer has 72 hours, from the time of pick-up, to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT CANNOT BE RECTIFIED the puppy may be returned to us, at the buyer’s expense, on the day following this vet exam, along with the veterinarian’s statement indicating the problem. A full refund of the purchase price will be given, providing the problem is covered. (Exclusion: This does not include the presence of parasites and also does not apply to a health problem resulting from injury or accident due to buyer’s negligence) Viral or bacterial infections such as Coccidia and Giardia are easily treated and very common in puppies. These are not covered in the health guarantee as puppies are naturally at risk for them. They can be picked up in transit or due to stress when going into a new home but are nothing serious and are easily taken care of should they occur. Umbilical hernias, otherwise known as outie belly button, are also not covered in the health guarantee. These are also easily rectified during your pup’s required spay or neuter and are something the buyer would be made aware of prior to purchase.

** TWO YEAR GUARANTEE against heritable disease. Because 60% of all degenerative disease is related to poor nutrition, we require that your puppy remain on your veterinarian’s recommended dog food and Wellness Supplements for the first 26 months of his/her life in order to qualify for the 2 Year Guarantee against heritable disease. Remember, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

● Provided this puppy is kept on the Life’s Abundance All Life Stages food and Wellness Supplements for the first 26 months, this dog will be guaranteed against genetic disease until it is 26 months of age.

● The original buyer of the dog has the right to a replacement puppy from the next available and comparable litter if the following criteria have been met. The original buyer must own the puppy The puppy must have been spayed or neutered and must not have sired or whelped a litter. The buyer must show veterinary statement of diagnosis.

*** TEN YEAR GUARANTEE: Free Puppy Replacement guarantee. Because we believe so strongly that good nutrition plays a critical role in the overall health of an animal, we are offering a “TEN YEAR Free Replacement Puppy Guarantee”. Should you choose this, the guarantee stipulates the puppy must be fed Your veterinarian’s recommended puppy/dog food and Wellness Supplements throughout his/her entire lifetime, with no gaps. The reason we have chosen to offer this option is because so many dogs and cats are acquiring serious, life-threatening health issues due to poor diet and vitamin deficiency. We believe that these products provide optimum nutritional benefits, ensuring good health and longevity for your dog, which is why we are willing to stand behind this guarantee. If your HRH Dog does not reach a life expectancy of 10 years due to genetic problems, you will be eligible to receive a free replacement puppy of equal value.

● Provided this puppy is continually kept on your veterinarian’s recommended puppy/dog food and Wellness Supplements throughout its life, this dog will be guaranteed against genetic disease until it is 10 years of age.

● The original buyer of the dog has the right to a replacement puppy from the next available and comparable litter if the following criteria have been met. The original buyer must own the puppy. The puppy must have been spayed or neutered and must not have sired or whelped a litter. The buyer must show veterinary statement of diagnosis.

FREE REPLACEMENT PUPPY INFORMATION: THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT INCLUDE VET CHECKS, VACCINATIONS, DEWORMING, TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER FEES. THIS GUARANTEE IS FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR HRHDOG AND DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL DEATH, NEGLECT, ABUSE OR INJURIES THAT YOUR DOG MAY SUSTAIN WHILE BEING A PART OF YOUR FAMILY.

In the case of a sudden death, the breeder must receive a written notice of the dog’s death from the owner’s vet, along with a necropsy report indicating the cause of death. Buyer must have fed a veterinarian recommended puppy/dog food and Wellness Supplements for the duration of their chosen guarantee.

First Right of Recovery: If the buyer is unable to care for this puppy for any reason, Houston’s Royal Havanese retains the right of recovery of the puppy at the buyer’s expense. The buyer must notify Houston’s Royal Havanese of the change of circumstance and give the seller first right to the dog before any other action is taken. This includes but is not limited to selling the dog to another buyer. The buyer agrees that if this puppy is offered for sale or trade at any time in the future, it will first be offered to Houston’s Royal Havanese. If the puppy/dog is being sold it will be offered to us at a purchase price not to exceed the original price of the dog. This pup must NEVER be sold to a pet store, broker, puppy mill or surrendered to a shelter or medical lab.
